If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be charged to the customer.

Made-to-Order Items

Please note that Made-to-Order items, including custom designs, engraved jewelry, and other handcrafted pieces, require additional time to process and create. These items are specially made according to your preferences and will take longer than regular products.

  • Estimated Processing Time for Made-to-Order Items: 5-10 business days (depending on the complexity of the order).

  • Once the item is ready, it will be shipped according to the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Please keep in mind that the shipping time is separate from the processing time. Your total delivery time will depend on both the creation time and the shipping time.
